We arrived late and were stunned that the selection of food was as high as the quality of the food. Before we even saw the menu, we were delighted; the tea was a light and tasty jasmine. From there, three of us ordered enough for five.
Mao’s Braised Pork, Mutton, Beef on Toothpick, Stir Fry Shredded (Sea) Snail, Preserved Duck & Smoked Bamboo Shoot, Preserved Veg with Pork Belly, Taro Pancake and Pumpkin Pancake. The real stars of the night were Mao’s Braised Pork and the wonderfully bitter, sweet, and fatty Preserved Veg with Pork Belly. I can’t wait to come here again!
